液壓(ya)缸(gang)結構基本上可(ke)以分為缸(gang)筒和(he)缸(gang)蓋(gai)、活塞和(he)活塞桿、密封裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置和(he)排氣(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置五(wu)個(ge)部分。今天(tian)威海力(li)建(jian)小編著重(zhong)帶著大家(jia)了(le)解(jie)一下缸(gang)筒和(he)缸(gang)蓋(gai)。
缸(gang)筒和缸(gang)蓋
一(yi)般(ban)來說,缸筒(tong)和(he)缸蓋的(de)(de)結構形式(shi)(shi)和(he)其使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)材(cai)料有關。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力p<10MPa時(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄鐵;p<20MPa時(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan);p>20MPa時(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄鋼(gang)或(huo)鍛(duan)鋼(gang)。法(fa)蘭連(lian)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構簡(jian)單,容(rong)易(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),也容(rong)易(yi)(yi)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai),但外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)重(zhong)量都(dou)較大(da),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于鑄鐵制的(de)(de)缸筒(tong)上。半環連(lian)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它(ta)的(de)(de)缸筒(tong)壁部因開(kai)了環形槽而削弱了強度,為(wei)此有時(shi)要加厚(hou)缸壁,它(ta)容(rong)易(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai),重(zhong)量較輕,常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)或(huo)鍛(duan)鋼(gang)制的(de)(de)缸筒(tong)上。螺紋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它(ta)的(de)(de)缸筒(tong)端部結構復雜,外(wai)徑加工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)要求保證(zheng)內(nei)外(wai)徑同(tong)心,裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai)要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,它(ta)的(de)(de)外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)重(zhong)量都(dou)較小,常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)或(huo)鑄鋼(gang)制的(de)(de)缸筒(tong)上。拉桿連(lian)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構的(de)(de)通用(yong)(yong)性(xing)大(da),容(rong)易(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai),但外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da),且較重(zhong)。焊接(jie)(jie)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構簡(jian)單,尺(chi)寸(cun)小,但缸底處內(nei)徑不易(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),且可能(neng)引(yin)起(qi)變形。
液壓缸(gang)泄漏帶來的危害很多,既(ji)是液壓缸(gang)產生(sheng)各種故障的原因(yin)之一,又是影響安全、污染環境的重(zhong)要因(yin)素,所以應引(yin)起足夠的重(zhong)視。
液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)包(bao)括外泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)和(he)外泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)兩種情況。外泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)是(shi)指液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒和(he)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋(gai)、缸(gang)(gang)(gang)底、油口(kou)、排氣(qi)閥、緩沖調節閥、缸(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋(gai)與活塞(sai)桿處(chu)(chu)等外部(bu)的(de)漏(lou)(lou)油,容(rong)易從外部(bu)直(zhi)接觀察出。內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)是(shi)指液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)內(nei)部(bu)高壓(ya)(ya)腔的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力油向低(di)壓(ya)(ya)腔滲漏(lou)(lou),它(ta)發生在活塞(sai)與缸(gang)(gang)(gang)內(nei)壁(bi)、活塞(sai)內(nei)孔與活塞(sai)桿連接處(chu)(chu)。內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)不(bu)能直(zhi)接觀察到。不(bu)論(lun)是(shi)內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)和(he)外泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou),其泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)(lou)的(de)原因主要是(shi)密封(feng)不(bu)良(liang)、連接處(chu)(chu)接觸不(bu)良(liang)等。
